Call For Abstracts

*Due to the COVID-19 related postponement of symposium, acceptance of abstracts will be delayed until October 2020
The Scientific Program Committee invites submission of original abstracts relevant to rotavirus, rotavirus vaccines and rotavirus vaccine introduction experiences. Submitted abstracts will be considered for both oral & poster presentations and all accepted abstracts will be included in the symposium program materials. Please see below for guidelines and instructions.
All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system accessed on this website.
Abstracts must be submitted under only one of the below topics;
Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented previously.
By submitting your abstract you agree that the abstract will be printed in official Symposium publications.
The Scientific Program Committee will determine whether the abstract is accepted and if it will be presented as a poster or oral presentation.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors agree to these terms and conditions before submission of their abstract.
Before you proceed to the abstract submission page, please prepare the following information:
Contact information of presenting author (name, organization, country & email).
Co-authors׳ affiliation details (organization & country only).
Abstract title – limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE.
Abstract text – limited to 500 words (including acknowledgements) including 4 distinct sections:
A maximum of two Tables/Figures may be included per abstract.
If the abstract is accepted, the text you provide will be published (verbatim) in the symposium program book.
After you submit your abstract, you can re-enter the submission link at any time to view and edit your abstract until the deadline date. Submitted abstracts cannot be modified or corrected after the submission deadline.
